At Navya Care, I review US oncology patient medical records for accurate, complete, and clinically relevant documentation. I extract and summarize clinical information to support evidence-based healthcare decisions while maintaining HIPAA compliance and data quality.

I coordinate outreach with patients, healthcare providers, and hospitals to obtain, verify, and organize medical records through calls and follow-ups.

As a Scientific Writer Intern at SMOLTLIFE SCIENCES, I contributed to literature reviews, data extraction, and scientific summaries and reports for research projects. I also assisted with abstract drafting and participated in discussions with senior researchers.

During my internship at RIMS, GGH, Kadapa, I worked with medication management, patient and caregiver counseling, and HER Management under the Ayushman Bharat Programme. My PharmD work also includes research and case reports, and I presented a poster on CANVAS.
