I'm looking for a site management role where I can lead safe, high-quality construction delivery, coordinate subcontractors and trades, and apply my drylining, setting-out, and building-methods experience.

I'm managing drylining site works and setting out apartments with Trimble Total Station at Errigal Contracts on No 1 Palace Street for main contractor Balfour Beatty.

I've also supervised subcontractors, trades, material deliveries, build schedules, quality, safety documentation, and customer-care inspections across London housing projects.

My background includes social housing, leakage and optimisation schemes, groundworks, drainage, foundations, and site safety. I bring practical building-method knowledge, problem-solving, communication, and workforce motivation.
