What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a finance operations role where I can manage payments, receivables, reconciliations, and financial documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a deadline-driven environment.

I've supported finance operations at Enesis Group and Petro Energy, handling accounts receivable, collections, payment processing, and reconciliations.

At Enesis Group, I monitored outstanding receivables, followed up on overdue invoices, recorded customer payments, and prepared accounts receivable reports. I also supported cash flow monitoring through timely collection follow-up.

At Petro Energy, I verified invoices and supporting documents, processed payments accurately, and coordinated with related departments to resolve payment discrepancies. I maintained complete payment documentation and reconciled transactions when needed.

I use SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office to manage financial data and reporting. I'm comfortable working independently, meeting deadlines, and collaborating remotely with cross-functional teams.
