I'm looking to help SMEs and growing businesses improve financial systems, cash flow, funding readiness, and operational decision-making, while contributing finance leadership and practical advisory support.

I've supported more than 25 SME clients with financial analysis, operational finance, funding readiness, and practical decision support. I help business owners understand cash flow, margin pressure, cost drivers, and the financial impact of their decisions.

As an independent Finance Business Partner, I design financial management structures for early-stage and unstructured businesses, including charts of accounts, record-keeping processes, and internal controls. I also reconstruct incomplete records and improve visibility over revenue, expenses, assets, profitability, and cash flow.

At Nkobane Consulting, I progressed from Senior Accountant to Accounting Team Manager and led delivery across a 25+ client portfolio. I supported funding applications through financial packs and cash-flow forecasts, oversaw reporting and compliance, and retained a junior-to-mid-level team for 15 consecutive months.
