Ilyas Mansour

I’m a civil engineer (Geotechnical specialization) graduated in 2022, with 2 years and half of experience across multiple fields—1.5 year in public works (Bridges / Undergrounds tunnels) and 8 months in construction and buildings.

In public works, I redesign engineering plans for undergrounds tunnels tailored to client needs, and I perform structural analysis and technical evaluation of multiple bridges. I’m proficient in AutoCAD and produce accurate technical drawings and geotechnical layouts aligned with construction standards and design specifications.

On construction sites, I’ve supervised and managed teams (painters, roofers, waterproofing crews), overseen procurement and payroll operations, and coordinated directly with clients, engineers, and architectures. I also handle liaison with local administration, managing advance payments and supporting daily site coordination.

I completed a project management professional training program (60 units) and I’m currently working as a Construction Project manager, supervising payroll and workforce, monitoring reinforcement and concrete quality, and coordinating all site activities and daily operations with the administration. I’m driven to contribute to advanced infrastructure projects while continuing to grow as a technically competent and resourceful geotechnical engineer.
