Delivered bedside care for a 15-bed pediatric ward, maintaining high patient satisfaction outcomes. Monitored and documented vital signs, labs, and allergy data in the hospital EMR with zero documentation errors, and educated 20+ families per month on post-discharge care plans.

Administered routine childhood immunisations in line with national vaccination schedules and provided vaccines for adults with weakened immunity, including Hepatitis B vaccination. Screened for contraindications pre-vaccination, monitored for adverse reactions, and escalated promptly when required.

Provided basic nursing care to post-surgical patients, including wound care, bathing, grooming, and mobility assistance. Administered prescribed medications, educated patients on drug adherence, managed acute emergencies, and delivered psychological and emotional support to patients and families.

Monitored COPD patients for respiratory deterioration, managed oxygen therapy and positioning, applied ECG monitoring and infection control protocols, and coordinated safe care with a multidisciplinary team.
