At Professional Technologies of Printing, I proposed a replacement for the existing service desk after identifying its functional limitations, and I'm independently developing the system. It’s already used by the company and remains under active development.
I’m developing the service desk across a Node.js/Express and MySQL backend, a web interface, and an Expo React Native mobile app. I migrated the mobile app codebase from JavaScript to TypeScript.
I built a Telegram bot that monitors websites for HTTP status and header changes, checks SSL certificate expiry, captures screenshots, and notifies users about changes.
I also built AgentBase to collect company details and export structured data for ELMA 3 workflows. My technical projects include integrating Box64 and iSH into an iOS app and conducting static reverse engineering research.
