I’m a logistics and supply chain professional with hands-on experience in inbound and outbound cargo operations, warehouse coordination, and compliance management. In my role as a Planning CFS Coordinator, I coordinate end-to-end shipment processing and ensure timely, accurate work in line with customs and regulatory standards.

I track shipments and maintain accurate ETA/ETD records to support on-time delivery, while proactively preventing demurrage and detention through planning. I also developed and managed Power BI dashboards to monitor KPIs and operational performance, using data-driven insights to improve reporting accuracy and operational visibility.

I’m recognized for problem-solving in high-pressure logistics operations, with strong attention to detail and stakeholder management. Before logistics, I delivered training as a Computer Teacher, which strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, adapt my approach, and deliver structured, engaging results.
