What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue supporting payment processing, telecom, or network operations systems where I can resolve production incidents, work with Linux and SQL, and contribute in SLA-driven 24/7 environments.

I'm supporting SmartVista platforms and processing-centre solutions at Sunnybox, including software updates, payment-scheme requirements, SQL analysis, platform monitoring, and incident resolution. I work with BPC, NSPK, Mastercard, and VISA partners while preparing technical and normative documentation.

I've also kept telecom billing systems running at Ucell, monitored A2P SMS delivery channels for an international client, and resolved SLA-driven incidents in 24/7 environments. My hands-on toolkit includes Oracle SQL, PostgreSQL, Linux administration, Bash, Ansible, networking troubleshooting, and payment-processing technologies including ISO8583.
