At LlamaMind.io, I redesigned a car maintenance report from a paper-style page into a summary-first view, with the vehicle profile and major-damage summary up top and collapsible sections below. The redesign was implemented in production.
I also designed an overdue-task flow for the crew app after crews couldn’t tell which tasks were due that day. Missed tasks moved to an Overdue list, with a notification to the manager to keep, reassign, or delete them; I checked the flow with developers before handoff.
When my senior left, I became the only designer. I designed the new crew app for valets, mechanics, and maintenance workers, as well as App Store and Play Store screenshots for every app.
For Route, I used interview findings to shape a ride-sharing app for bikes, cars, and CNG, including fare negotiation and an in-ride safety screen. I later rebuilt it as a practice project with 111 screens across five flows and 59 design tokens. For EduBridge BD, I adapted a booking and payment flow for Android, Bangla and English, and bKash, then built it as working HTML.
