What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a pharmacy role where I can support medication safety, patient education, chronic disease management, and evidence-based medication-use improvements while continuing to grow clinically.

I've supported medication safety initiatives at Appalachian Regional Healthcare, investigating medication errors and near misses through root-cause analysis, failure mode analysis, and quality-improvement methods.

Across ambulatory, acute care, institutional, and community pharmacy rotations, I've resolved medication-related problems, supported chronic disease management, counseled patients on anticoagulation and medications, assisted with immunizations, and contributed to medication reconciliation and therapy management.

I'm completing my PharmD at Appalachian College of Pharmacy and hold Kentucky and Virginia Pharmacy Intern Licenses, along with immunization delivery, sterile compounding, BLS/AED, and Mental Health First Aid certifications.
