Most recently at Coding Ninjas, I led the design process for classroom and Code360’s AI innovation and strategy, driving an AI transformation across a platform for 100K+ learners. I shipped an AI doubt assistant (90% auto-resolution), AI mock interviews, AI profile reviews, and AI support—then improved profitability by cutting operational cost by 50% through product automation and streamlined workflows.

Before that, I designed and delivered charge-vertical and charging workflows at BluSmart, reducing issue resolution time by 30% and processing time by 95% (3 minutes to 15 seconds). Earlier at BatterySmart, I led multiple modules and driver app work across India, including ticketing, CSAT metrics (3.4 to 4.2), and recovery of ₹0.55 crore+ worth of assets monthly through “Finding a Battery.”
