I’m looking for a role where I can drive IPOs, fundraising, and valuation work end-to-end—partnering with regulators, building strong models, and producing investor-ready materials while expanding my FP&A and AI/data analytics skill set.

I’m a finance professional with 4+ years of experience executing IPOs, fundraising, and valuation assignments for SMEs and mid-market companies. I focus on financial modeling, valuation, and preparing investor-facing materials, and I’m used to working with regulators while managing end-to-end transaction processes.

In my most recent role as Associate – Investment Banking at Sundae Capital Advisors Pvt. Ltd., I executed IPO and fundraising transactions, built 100+ financial models (DCF, trading comps, transaction comps, NAV), and prepared 5+ investor materials including pitch decks, teasers, information memoranda, and management presentations. Earlier, as a Trainee – Valuation at AlphaValue Consulting and Turnaround Corporate Advisors, I developed financial models for 15+ companies and supported due diligence, offering a strong foundation in capital markets research, corporate finance, and credit/risk assessment.
