At IKIGAI LAW, I mapped stakeholders affected by DPDP Act obligations and researched India's data centre ecosystem, including data localisation and cross-border data considerations. I also assessed minors' capacity to accept social media terms and the connection to parental consent for children's data.
At SOFTWARE FREEDOM LAW CENTRE, I assessed Aadhaar and APAAR ID mandates against consent, proportionality, and informational privacy standards. I audited litigation and Free Speech Tracker records, and compiled research on predictive policing and generative AI case law.
My internships have also covered technology regulation, privacy, contracts, and aviation policy. I have drafted compliance notes translating DPDP Act and IT Act requirements into clear points for non-lawyer stakeholders, and contributed to research for a book on airport regulation.
