At Axians Portugal, I developed multimedia content for corporate training and internal communication, managing production from interface design through video editing, motion graphics, and interactive course programming.
I also acted as a functional designer for an LMS, delivering UI/UX improvements and analyzing requirements. My research into generative AI tools and custom agents informed internal training to optimize team efficiency and asset creation.
At Senac, I helped scale digital learning production through workflow optimization, automation, and process documentation. I programmed a library of adaptive motion graphics templates for a major digital rebranding and co-developed instructional design methods and web-based tools.
At Senac, I also initiated inclusive design work, establishing accessibility standards and integrating sign language. Earlier, at Kroton, I worked on motion graphics and video post-production, including tracking, character rigging, compositing, and custom video style guides.
