Hayden Cope

I’m very passionate about hard work, learning new things, and finding a place I can really settle with for many years to come. I bring a strong work ethic, a willingness to pick up new tasks quickly, and the drive to do things the right way.

At Riceland Food Co., I worked as a machine operator packing grain into large rice tote bags, sewing them up, and moving them along a conveyor belt to be hauled off by forklift. I also worked as part of a cleanup crew to sweep and shovel grain piled up around the machinery.

At Tommy’s Express Carwash on Hilltop, I worked as a wash attendant loading cars into the wash, cleaning the parking lot and tunnels, and keeping up with general store maintenance. I also handled changing vacuum filters, and I communicated ahead of time when I needed time off for surgery.

I’ve also had weekly temp assignments at Roach Conveyors, where we worked on an assembly line manufacturing conveyors. These experiences made it clear I enjoy hands-on work, staying active, and contributing reliably with a team.
