Hayden Behling
@haydenbehling
I deliver independent emergency care and defensible clinical record reviews across rural, trauma, and remote settings.
What I'm looking for
I've provided independent emergency care at Collingsworth General Hospital since 2017, evaluating and treating patients across the lifespan in a critical-access setting. I develop evidence-informed care plans, coordinate transfers, collaborate with specialists through telemedicine, and lead medical and trauma resuscitations.
As a Case Review Consultant with Human Bees, I reviewed longitudinal medical records and prepared objective clinical opinions and case summaries for Administrative Law Judges considering disability determinations. I synthesize diagnoses, treatment history, functional limitations, documentation gaps, and changes in condition into clear analyses for administrative and legal audiences.
My emergency medicine work has included Level II trauma, rural Level IV emergency care, locum tenens assignments, urgent care, and rural primary care across Texas and Utah. I adapt quickly to varied clinical, operational, documentation, and electronic-record workflows while maintaining sound judgment and clear communication.
I also bring a clinical laboratory science background, including complex testing across microbiology, hematology, chemistry, transfusion medicine, serology, and body-fluid analysis. I value accurate reporting, evidence-based reasoning, confidentiality, and independent work that supports high-stakes clinical and administrative decisions.
