Claire Fazzone
@clairefazzone
I deliver high-acuity emergency care and lead advanced practice clinicians in fast-paced emergency departments.
What I'm looking for
I deliver comprehensive emergency care for patients across the lifespan, managing acute and critical conditions in high-acuity emergency departments.
At St. David’s Medical Center, I provide assessment, diagnosis, procedures, and critical decision-making for emergent conditions while partnering with physicians, nurses, and consultants to deliver timely, patient-centered care.
As Lead Advanced Practice Clinician in the Emergency Department, I support midlevel providers through scheduling, onboarding, training, performance oversight, and patient rounding. I also advocate for APCs and help improve operational efficiency across interdisciplinary teams.
I completed TeamHealth’s Emergency Medicine APC Fellowship at a Level II Trauma Center, with rotations in pediatrics, interventional radiology, point-of-care ultrasound, orthopedic surgery, and critical care. I hold a Master of Physician Assistant Studies and maintain PA, DEA, ATLS, ACLS, PALS, and BLS credentials.
