At Stylo Pakistan, I own winter inventory planning, allocation, and demand-based replenishment across 250+ stores. The category achieved record annual sales of PKR 3 billion, and I reduced winter stock from 1.4M to ~200K pairs in 4–5 months.

I’ve planned 500+ formal-category SKUs and ordered ~700K pairs in Dynamics 365, while coordinating seasonal assortments, purchase orders, and vendor deliveries. Before Stylo, I worked in planning and distribution at ECS Retail and procurement at Rewyish Textile.
