What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level cybersecurity role where I can run VAPT, support SOC monitoring/incident response, and help design Zero Trust and IAM-based security with real-world tooling.

I’m a cybersecurity engineer with two industry internships in VAPT and SOC operations. I’ve built hands-on expertise in penetration testing, Zero Trust Architecture, Docker micro-segmentation, IAM, and security monitoring.

In my VAPT internship, I performed web and network penetration testing using Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit, and Nikto following OWASP Top 10 methodology. I identified SQLi, XSS, IDOR, and misconfiguration vulnerabilities, documented findings with CVSS severity ratings, and included remediation steps.

In my SOC internship, I implemented Zero Trust Architecture for enterprise environments with identity-based access control and network monitoring. I monitored security events, correlated SIEM logs, and supported incident response in a live SOC environment, and I back it with projects like Docker/Flask/Keycloak Zero Trust micro-segmentation and a Python/Scapy Network Intrusion Detection System.
