At DELTA ELECTRONICS AMERICAS, I lead NPI for traction inverters and power electronics assemblies, taking designs from concept through production release. I also develop mechanical subsystems for data centre systems and high-power supply units.
I optimized power electronics packaging for an NA OEM dual inverter, reducing aluminum and copper material usage by 15% without compromising thermal performance. My work spans enclosures, cooling, structural design, and integration of high-voltage systems.
At Boston Whaler (L&T Contract), I managed marine integration projects across boat models and coordinated a matrixed team of 14 engineers. I also planned prototype development and in-water testing for electronic systems.
Earlier, I worked on electric and hybrid vehicles, power electronics, and off-highway products at organizations including Delphi Technologies, Polaris, KPIT CUMMINS INFO SYSTEMS, and Electrotherm (India) Ltd. At Electrotherm, I designed the Yo-EXL electric two-wheeler and supported its thermal and mechanical validation.
