What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build automated data and reporting solutions where I can use SQL, Python, and Power BI to improve data quality, translate stakeholder requirements, and deliver actionable business intelligence.

I've built automated reporting and data solutions across Sacred Heart University, SGI LLC, ADP, ICICI Bank, and ICICI Prudential LIC. My work combines SQL, Python, Power BI, data modeling, and requirements gathering to turn complex stakeholder needs into actionable intelligence.

At SGI LLC, I consolidated three legacy data sources into a unified Power BI model, reducing manual extraction by eight hours each week. At ADP, I re-engineered data validation and ETL processes for more than 10,000 participant records, improving processing accuracy by 30%.

I've also led compliance reporting, UAT coordination, data migration, change management, executive reporting, and team training. I enjoy building reliable data processes that improve quality, reduce errors, and help leaders make informed decisions.
