I'm looking to lead AI/ML platform initiatives spanning personalization, recommender systems, production ML, Agentic AI governance, and high-performing multidisciplinary engineering teams.

I lead Condé Nast's personalization and recommendation platform, powering 50+ global brands across web, newsletters, articles, galleries, images, and commerce products.

I've built and scaled a nine-member organization across ML Engineering, Data Engineering, and Frontend Engineering, owning hiring, mentoring, performance, roadmap delivery, and cross-functional technical strategy.

I architected multimodal recommendation systems serving approximately 250 requests per second at sub-300 ms p95 latency, contributing to a 7% lift in recommendation-driven User Page Views. I also reduced recommendation ingestion costs by 30% by replacing Kafka ingestion with Hightouch.

I'm advancing enterprise Agentic AI through a reusable LangGraph-based platform for governance, guardrails, observability, and cost tracking, with production agents for product analytics, support-ticket triage, and phishing alert analysis.
