What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead enterprise data migrations and integrations where I can drive “zero-defect cutovers” using SQL/ETL, API-led architecture, and rigorous validation—partnering with business, IT, and vendors to protect data integrity and deliver on-time outcomes.

I deliver large-scale data migrations, mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation with a focus on “zero-defect cutovers” across complex enterprise systems. I lead SQL Server and Oracle-based integration efforts and hands-on ETL design to ensure data integrity during SaaS implementations and post-acquisition consolidation.

Across HCM, CRM, financial, and operational platforms, I’ve architected end-to-end cutover planning and risk mitigation through stakeholder and vendor leadership, including UAT support and root-cause defect resolution. From Bullhorn/PeopleSoft and eRecruit migrations to Snowflake archival and enterprise reporting performance improvements, I help teams confidently move from legacy environments to scalable, governed data flows.
