I've built healthcare and medtech machine-learning systems across wearable sensing, clinical outcomes, and behavioral text analysis. Most recently, I developed a core body temperature estimation algorithm from skin and ambient temperature signals, validating results against clinical reference measurements and benchmarking vendor models.
At Lore Health, I designed and productionized topic models that turn community content into featured central ideas, while contributing to human-in-the-loop workflows and text models for conversation evolution. Earlier at UnitedHealth Group R&D, I built Type 2 Diabetes prediction models, COVID-19 testing strategy simulations, NLP analyses, and stakeholder dashboards.
I'm also pursuing a PhD in Physics at UP Diliman, researching hyperspectral unmixing for Philippine senatorial voting patterns. My work combines physics-based modeling, statistics, machine learning, and clear analytical communication.
