Hamza Uddin
@hamzauddin
I provide full-spectrum family medicine while leading clinical research, quality improvement, and healthcare governance.
What I'm looking for
I provide wide-spectrum family and community medicine across Parkland Health, UT Southwestern, Children's Hospital Dallas, and Texas Health Presbyterian Dallas, including obstetric, pediatric, urgent, inpatient, and outpatient care.
I've also brought sports medicine to the field as a team physician for Mesquite ISD football and soccer, and I presented a sports medicine case at the American College of Sports Medicine Annual Meeting after it was selected among the top 150 submissions.
My research spans clinical outcomes, lipoprotein(a), cardiovascular care, culinary medicine, and ultrasound treatment for knee osteoarthritis. As a co-investigator and project manager at UTMB, I led IRB submission through clinical device implementation for a novel ultrasound device trial.
I pair clinical work with healthcare leadership, serving as President of the UT Southwestern, Parkland Health, and Children's Hospital Graduate Medical Education Committee Executive Board. I hold an MBA, MSML, PMP certification, and am pursuing a Juris Doctorate while advocating for resident policy, compensation, and patient-centered clinic improvement.
