I’m a data scientist and researcher based in Bamako, Mali, working at the intersection of data science, public health, and biosecurity. I hold a master’s degree in Biosafety and Biosecurity and have a long-standing focus on cyberbiosecurity.
I contribute to clinical research on Lassa fever surveillance in Mali, building Python pipelines for data cleaning, analysis, and sequencing sample selection. I’m also the founder of BioSentinel and STATCYBER Solutions, where I deliver data science and cyberbiosecurity services.
I’m fluent in French and English, and I enjoy turning complex health and research data into clear, reliable insights. I’m open to remote consultancy and full-time roles in health analytics, research, and biosecurity.
