What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an automotive embedded role focused on EV charging software—building ISO 15118 implementations, conformance testing, and secure networking—where I can own end-to-end delivery, collaborate cross-functionally, and grow platform depth.

I’m an Embedded Software Engineer with 9 years of automotive software engineering experience, specializing in C/C++ on Linux-based and real-time platforms. I build EV charging solutions around ISO 15118 and DIN SPEC 70121, and I bring hands-on expertise in POSIX networking, TLS/OpenSSL security, and AUTOSAR (Classic & Adaptive). I’ve also led development teams, owned full V-cycle delivery, and mentored engineers to help teams ship reliably.

At Alefbits, I’m developing an ISO 15118-2 / DIN SPEC 70121 vehicle charging application in C, delivering requirements-to-integration work and creating ISO 15118 conformance tests using TTCN-3 and C++. I implement Ethernet/IPv6 (TCP/UDP) components and security layers using OpenSSL and mbedTLS for TLS with ECDH, AES, and key management, and I integrate AUTOSAR Classic components into Adaptive AUTOSAR on Linux using RTA-VRTE. Previously at Valeo, I led coordination, authored specifications, designed real-time software for QNX/RTOS, migrated applications from Linux to QNX, and debugged embedded issues on TI ARM and automotive targets.

Senior Software Engineer

Alefbits

Aug 2024 - Present (1 year 9 months)

Developed a vehicle charging application implementing ISO 15118-2 and DIN SPEC 70121, owning the full V-cycle from requirements through integration testing. Built ISO 15118 conformance tests with TTCN-3 and C++, implemented POSIX networking and TLS security (OpenSSL/mbedTLS), and integrated Classic AUTOSAR into Adaptive AUTOSAR on Linux using RTA-VRTE/RTA-CAR.

VA

Software Tech Lead

Valeo

Jun 2022 - Aug 2024 (2 years 2 months)

Led daily coordination across customer, supplier, and internal stakeholders, analyzing requirements and authoring software specifications. Designed real-time software components targeting QNX OS/RTOS, coached junior developers and testers, and ran a cross-team workshop on dynamic architecture design rules for high-level OS environments.

VA

Senior Embedded Software Engineer

Valeo

Aug 2020 - Jun 2022 (1 year 10 months)

Developed RTE and application-layer configurations on Classic AUTOSAR and configured service interfaces for ara::com in Adaptive AUTOSAR. Migrated an application from Linux to QNX, developed native Linux applications, and analyzed/resolved bugs on TI ARM-based targets.
