I’m looking for a role building reliable distributed systems—messaging, JVM performance, and observability—where I can own platform components end-to-end, collaborate in Agile teams, and use AI-assisted development to move fast without sacrificing quality.

I’m a Senior Software Engineer at ServiceNow where I design core components of a highly-available distributed messaging platform spanning 60,000+ hosts, achieving 99.99% uptime and processing 1B+ monitoring and automation events. I build for resilience and speed—designing Kafka circuit breakers with Resilience4j, implementing distributed configuration management with hot-reload, and upgrading RabbitMQ from v4.6 to v5.25 to modernize consumers and improve throughput.

I also focus heavily on operational excellence: I built real-time health monitoring backed by Splunk dashboards, served as a primary SME for RMQ issues, and optimized JVM heap memory to reduce 200–300MB per service instance. Alongside core engineering, I leverage AI tools to accelerate development, log analysis, debugging, and internal tooling via custom MCP connectors and RAG-based prototypes.
