At TATA Sikorsky Aerospace Limited, I worked on the Airbus C295 Indian Supply Chain, supporting buy-and-outsourced detailed parts and in-house special processes. I handled manufacturing documentation and SAP workflows through to final FAI submission.
I interpreted engineering drawings using GD&T and created process documentation, including flow diagrams for FPI and MPI operations. I also supported supplier and shop-floor issue resolution, engineering change implementation, and corrective actions for part discrepancies.
At Skyline Space, I participated as a Project Trainee on propulsion systems, using Ansys and CATIA. My solid rocket motor projects explored numerical analysis and propellant formulation, and my listed patents cover reinforced composite materials and a solid rocket motor test bench.
