At Credgenics, I define test strategies, plans, and cases for a modular SaaS debt-collection platform. I apply Equivalence Partitioning, Boundary Value Analysis, and Decision Tables to guide test coverage.
I built and maintain a Cucumber BDD and Selenium WebDriver automation framework, and I develop Playwright scripts for cross-browser testing. I also test REST endpoints with Postman across microservices.
I integrated Jenkins CI/CD pipelines with TestNG for parallel execution and reporting, and use JIRA for defect tracking. I also use AI tools for test data generation and defect root cause analysis.
