At ARTECCO, I created a brand from scratch, developing its visual identity, products, packaging, and online store. I also design merchandising collections, promotional materials, and digital campaigns.

My work across hotels, restaurants, and retail has given me a practical view of how a brand communicates at each customer touchpoint. At Radisson Blu Hotel Cardiff, I supervised reception and helped maintain the brand’s quality and image standards.

At The Queer Emporium, I managed store operations, visual merchandising, events, and promotions. Earlier, as Supervisor at Zizzi Restaurants, I coordinated teams and restaurant service.
