I’m an Account Assistant with hands-on experience managing daily customer care service activities and supporting accounting operations. I’ve worked in a role where I consistently helped keep daily work organized and issues discussed with the team.

On the accounting side, I maintain daily cash vouchers and daily case book ledger records, prepare journal entries, and support daily expense tracking. I also help with making invoices and vouchers, handling payments, and emailing updates, including making and sharing daily team activity reports to a manager.

I bring a hard-working, confident, and cooperative approach, and I’m a good learner who adapts quickly to process needs. With my computer skills in ERP 0.9, Tally Prime, and MS Office tools, I aim to perform accurately, communicate clearly, and contribute reliably in a competitive environment.
