I handle a 300+ caseload at Paternack Tilker Law Office, supporting workers’ compensation clients through intakes, hearing requests, discovery, trial preparation, and client communication.

I compile and organize documentation, calculate attorney fees for hearing requests, update Salesforce records, and communicate with employers’ carriers. I also help attorneys keep clients informed about hearing outcomes.

Previously, I supported housing foreclosure matters at Western New York Law Center and immigration cases at Volunteer Lawyers Project. My work included legal research, drafting memos and supporting letters, preparing immigration applications, tracking deadlines, and interpreting for Spanish-speaking clients.

I bring experience with case files, legal filings, court proceedings, confidential records, client intake, and administrative support across bankruptcy and civil rights matters. I’m fluent in conversational and written English and Spanish.
