At ForteBank, I built the architecture and analytics for the Payment domain from the ground up, including transaction processing, status tracking, and external integrations. The work supported 15+ service providers and 2,000+ payment types.

I implemented QR-code payments, reconciliation, and reporting for the ForteBank mobile internet banking application, and designed RESTful services for it.

At NOVACARD, I design system and API architecture for a mobile banking application, defining integration patterns and interface contracts. I document API specifications and work with development, QA, and external providers to validate integrations.

My engineering background includes IBM IIB/MQ, Apache Camel, and Kafka, which informs how I write specifications for delivery. I hold MuleSoft and IBM certifications.
