What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead case strategy and handle litigation with strong legal research, while delivering clear, client-first advice. I want an environment where I can grow practice management and improve dispute-resolution outcomes.

I’m an advocate and Managing Partner, currently operationalising Wakio Kinyua & Company Advocates with regulatory compliance and practice management systems. I advise clients on legal issues, draft pleadings and contracts, and manage client intake, consultations, and case strategy.

Previously, I worked as an Associate Advocate where I represented clients in court proceedings, held brief for counsel, and drafted applications, submissions, and other litigation documents. I also completed roles within the Office of the Attorney General and Department of Justice, drafting memoranda, editing case briefings, and preparing matters for effective litigation and case management.

I’ve also built experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution through NALEAP’s Paralegals Advice Office Pilot Project, mediating cases and drafting family law pleadings. Earlier customer-facing service work strengthened my ability to stay composed, communicate clearly, and multitask effectively in high-pressure environments.
