I’m a BSN-prepared Registered Nurse providing acute care while pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing—Nursing Education (in progress, expected December 2027). I’m driven by patient advocacy, care coordination, and helping individuals navigate complex healthcare needs through compassionate, patient-centered support.

In my current role as an Acute Care Registered Nurse, I provide comprehensive care for patients with acute and complex conditions, prioritizing interventions to ensure patient safety. I delegate and supervise nursing assistant tasks while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to support accountability and quality outcomes. Earlier experiences also shaped my clinical approach—at Wilson Elementary School, I assessed and triaged student health concerns, coordinated care for students with chronic conditions, and maintained accurate health documentation while educating families to support safe, effective health management.

Before nursing, I strengthened my attention to safety and professionalism as a Medical Assistant supporting cosmetic and minor surgical procedures while maintaining sterile technique and ensuring patient safety. I also bring an educational mindset through mentorship and foundational skills training, active involvement with Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, and leadership through roles like S2 Class Representative, where I promoted peer collaboration, professionalism, and academic accountability.
