Gokulnath Kumar

I’m pursuing an entry-level Medical Coding position where I can apply my knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and ICD-10/CPT coding. I also completed “Advanced Medical Coding Training at Ideal Medical Coding Academy, Coimbatore,” to strengthen my coding readiness.

My academic background includes a Bachelor of pharmacy from JKK Munirajah Institute of Health Science College of Pharmacy. I also completed a project on antimicrobial properties of volatile oils against different bacteria and fungi, building my research and attention to detail.

In my recent role as a Hospital Pharmacist at Arokiya Clinic Anthiyur (July-2025), I dispensed prescription and OTC medications accurately and verified prescriptions for correctness and completeness. I counseled patients on medication usage, dosage, and possible side effects, maintained inventory and storage, monitored stock levels, and coordinated with doctors and healthcare professionals for patient safety. I also processed billing and handled customer queries professionally.

I bring clear communication, team coordination, and strong pharmacy management discipline, with languages in English and Tamil. I’m comfortable working with hospital and pharmacy focus software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and I’m eager to continuously develop my skills while supporting my organization’s success.
