At Nacionales Architects, I direct site supervision and architectural workflows for El Marie Resort and Villas (Phase 2), including drafting for 18-bedroom apartment units and detailed plumbing systems.
I develop structural, architectural, and sanitary construction packages, technical specifications, and as-built plans. I also established project reporting and punch-list systems to track field execution and defect resolution.
At Victor Consunji Development Corp. (VCDC), I produced construction drawing packages and detailed cabinetry, countertop, door, window, and glazing layouts for residential developments, coordinating drawings with suppliers and procurement quotations.
At IFENAMA SERVICES, OPC, I developed 3D models and construction documents, and supervised construction for a government office project in Tacloban. I hold Registered Licensed Architect and Registered Master Plumber credentials, and have completed Autodesk Revit Architecture and Revit MEP Fundamentals training.
