At Tata Consultancy Services, I support Google Cloud security operations on the GCP Support project, monitoring and resolving security incidents and support tickets. I work with Google Chronicle SIEM and Chronicle SOAR, including detection mechanisms, log parsing, and automated response playbooks.
On the EirGrid project, I established asset visibility and vulnerability assessment workflows using Tenable Nessus and Nessus Manager. I also authored standard operating procedures, templates, and learning paths for incoming technical personnel.
On the Tryg Forsikring A/S project, I worked in vulnerability management and helped reduce active, unresolved vulnerabilities from over 100,000 to under 40,000. I organized asset inventories and Qualys assessments, prioritized findings using CVSS, and maintained a vulnerability tracker with system owners.
I also served as the phishing simulation subject matter expert, planning targeted campaigns with Cofense PhishMe and reporting campaign metrics to client senior management. In email security operations, I triaged suspicious messages with MXToolbox and VirusTotal and handled sender whitelisting and domain blacklisting requests.
