I’m George, an Informatics student at FH Dortmund (9. Semester) specializing in software development. I combine solid theoretical knowledge with practical, solution-oriented implementation.

Since 2024, I’ve worked as a Software Entwickler at Vorwerk, developing and optimizing Modes for the Thermomix. I write and adapt code in Lua and QML, run tests for quality assurance, and handle bug fixing to keep the software stable.

In the same role, I contribute to frontend quality by collaborating with development to ensure innovative CSS solutions and reliable functionality. I also work closely with Backend-Entwicklern to integrate Frontend and Back end components smoothly.

Previously, as a QML Frontend Entwickler (2023), I partnered with the design team to implement responsive, visually appealing user interfaces. I also do data-focused work as Datenerfasser, including data collection and processing, database updates, and creating reports and statistics—backed by the GitHub repositories I maintain.
