What I'm looking for

I'm looking to deepen my underwriting and reinsurance practice, contribute to profitable portfolio growth, and work in a team that values strong controls, client service, learning, and continuous improvement.

I've built more than six years of progressive underwriting experience at UAP Insurance South Sudan across retail, corporate, and reinsurance portfolios.

As an Assistant Underwriter, I prepared quotations, renewals, endorsements, facultative documentation, and premium debits while meeting service-level timelines. I grew Property and Motor Private segments through risk assessment, competitive pricing, and strategic reinsurance partnerships.

During my secondment at Old Mutual Kenya, I cross-trained in general insurance sales, medical underwriting, and reinsurance. I also conducted Property and Engineering risk surveys, supported underwriting audit rule-setting, and produced departmental reports.

I'm pursuing a CII Diploma in Insurance and have completed underwriting and short-term reinsurance training. I bring practical experience in portfolio reporting, treaty renewals, reconciliation, internal controls, and insurance systems.
