At Mercedes-Benz R&D India, I guide Configuration Management for Green Minerva ADAS Gen6 and Gen7 across system, software, and components. I coordinate CM milestones with the release roadmap and support the program’s ASPICE compliance.
I migrated Green Minerva’s release and CM documentation from a shared drive to SharePoint, and I plan CM audits, track findings, and maintain release readiness. I also own and maintain the Safety Case for FuSa assessments.
At Harman International, I was the SUP.8 process owner and primary auditee for global car audio platform and customer projects. I created a global CM strategy and workflow adopted across projects, and supported teams through ASPICE assessments with training and readiness workshops.
