What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities to deliver holistic yoga therapy, wellness workshops, and personalized programs integrating yoga, naturopathy, acupressure, meditation, and stress management.

I've delivered yoga therapy at Patanjali Yoggram and Uttaranchal Ayurveda Hospital, creating individualized programs for health conditions and holistic treatment needs.

My work combines yoga, massage, Panchkarma, naturopathy, acupressure, diet planning, cupping therapy, and scientific massage. I focus on breathwork, posture correction, stress management, physical health, and spiritual growth.

I've conducted school lectures and wellness workshops, including a stress-relief yoga workshop for more than 100 participants. I also create daily yoga videos, answer participant queries, and have designed yoga programs for students in Grades 6–12.
