I'm looking to lead or contribute to enterprise identity and infrastructure work involving Active Directory, Entra ID, PKI, IAM, hybrid cloud, critical incident resolution, and secure access governance.

I lead Directory Services and Identity Engineering for Avanade's Microsoft CSS project, directing tier-3 support for global enterprise clients across Active Directory, PKI, and hybrid Entra ID environments. I resolve critical authentication, trust, replication, DNS, and identity synchronization incidents alongside Microsoft escalation engineers and client architects.

Previously, I supported Microsoft premier accounts at Allyis Technologies and Azure Identity and Cloud IAM customers at Tek Experts. I build and troubleshoot secure identity systems using Active Directory, Entra ID, AD CS, Kerberos, PowerShell, and KQL, while improving incident response, root-cause analysis, and endpoint security.
