What I'm looking for

I’m seeking remote freelance or entry-level proofreading and editing assignments.

Through self-directed proofreading and editing practice, I’ve reviewed fictional business correspondence and informational content, correcting grammar, spelling, punctuation, capitalization, and subject–verb agreement.

I edited a general business paragraph for clarity, concision, and sentence flow while preserving its core message. I also prepared original and corrected versions with a correction log explaining selected changes.

My practice includes final checks for consistency, readability, and remaining language errors, as well as distinguishing proofreading from light copy-editing and keeping revisions within the stated scope.
