What I'm looking for

I'm looking to transition into a leadership role where I can apply my backend and microservices experience, deliver high-quality solutions, and help teams solve complex technical problems in a fast-paced environment.

I've built and modernized Java microservices for customer-facing, financial, and public-sector systems, with more than six years of hands-on backend experience.

At Compass UOL, I led a platform modernization initiative that migrated legacy systems to microservices, improving performance and reducing operational costs. I also developed and maintained Customer-domain microservices supporting RaiaDrogasil's customer data infrastructure.

I design REST APIs and asynchronous integrations using RabbitMQ and Kafka, optimize SQL operations for high-volume transactions, and manage containerized deployments with Docker. My work includes Java, Spring Boot, Oracle, cloud technologies, and production issue resolution involving data integrity and system performance.

Previously at SergipeTec and the Tribunal Regional Eleitoral de Sergipe, I delivered backend modules and integrations for state treasury and institutional systems. I'm ready to bring deep technical delivery experience into a leadership role in a fast-paced engineering environment.
