Frank Mwansa

I’m a self-employed accounting lecturer with extensive teaching experience across financial reporting, management accounting, taxation, and management and business law. At ZABMAC LTD, I deliver lectures, prepare course notes, and evaluate students’ performance while maintaining attendance and grades.

Previously, I lectured at Lusaka Technical Vocational Training Centre in audit and assurance services. I instructed auditing students, monitored their progress, prepared course notes, and maintained the register for auditing students—always with a focus on clarity and accountability.

Before teaching, I built strong operational and reporting discipline through roles at Standard Chartered Bank and Noremco Construction. I supervised posting clerks, ensured entries were batched and posted, updated clients’ accounts, and produced reports such as Audit Trail, while also managing stores supervision and material dispatch tracking.

I hold multiple Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA) qualifications, along with teaching methodology training and computer literacy in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint and SPSS. I’m committed to structured, practical instruction that helps students perform confidently in accounting and audit contexts.
