At GLOBALFY BUSINESS SERVICES, I lead onboarding and employee experience initiatives for teams across LATAM and Europe. I created the “1st Week Journey,” a structured five-day onboarding experience with department introductions, daily training, a buddy, and leader check-ins.
I also create recruitment and onboarding dashboards to track hiring KPIs, and develop initiatives in mentorship, feedback, career progression, and employee retention. In my previous GLOBALFY role, I built recruitment processes and workflows from the ground up and managed hiring across regions.
At GROUP PRATI DONADUZZI MEDS, I managed recruitment across the group and supported training initiatives and employee development. I bring a background in psychology and talent and career management, with experience in SaaS, startups, and multinational environments.
