At Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA), I assist with road maintenance planning and contract administration. My work includes preparing annual maintenance programmes and reviewing road inventory and condition survey reports.
I review and process interim payment certificates, evaluate contract claims, and attend site meetings and inspections for maintenance works. I also prepare and review tender documents.
I participated in the in-house design of projects under the Authority’s jurisdiction, including the Jnct A8 Ngeria – Jnct C648 Plateau (C642) road. My training includes advanced FIDIC contract management and performance-based road maintenance.
